The extra-large balcony has plenty of seating and is a great place to watch for dolphins, read a book, or watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
All bedrooms have a TV. The living room has a 55” flat screen TV. Floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors are in the living room and master bedroom.
The kitchen and dining room also offer ocean views.

The primary renter must be 25 years old and must be staying in the unit the entire stay. Age verification may be required.
Maximum adults allowed is 6 and maximum total for the condo is 8 guests.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets as per the Home Owners Association rules.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the condo or on the balcony.
Sunrise Beach’s parking is located underneath the building. You are allowed 2 parking spaces. Max vehicle height is 6’8” on all levels except level 4 is 6’4”.
You must register on the Guest Services website prior to your arrival.
We will send you a link to register on the Sunday before your arrival.
Please note there is a $50.00 charge per vehicle for the duration of you stay. This is charged by Sunrise Beach Resort and not us. Sunrise Beach will tow away any vehicles that are not registered on their system.
Beach chair service includes 4 adjustable lounge style chairs and 2 umbrellas. Chairs are normally available from 9am to 5pm. You are not allowed to move chairs from their set up position.
We will refund the unused portion of your rent ONLY during periods of “Official Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation”.
Guests receive 100% of total amount paid if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival minus any non -refundable amounts. Guest receive 50% of total amount paid if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival, minus any non-refundable amounts. No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
Nonrefundable amounts are defined as credit card processing fees.
For your convenience, we will provide new kitchen sponge and 1 roll of paper towels.
You will find enough dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets for your entire stay. There are 4 towels, 4 wash clothes, and 2 hand towels are in each bathroom.
There is a hairdryer in each bathroom.
You will need to bring you own toiletries and beach towels.
