Pier Park is only 1 mile away and is Panama City Beach’s premier shopping, dining, and entertainment complex. Sunrise Beach is close to Walmart, Target, and other grocery stores. For concert goers and ball players we are one of the closest condo buildings to Frank Brown Sports Center.  Play some ball and then come back and cool off in the pool or ocean.  Spend a day relaxing on the beach and then go and enjoy a concert for a night out.

The resort features an elevated deck with 2 Gulf front pools (one heated seasonally), 2 relaxing hot tubs, and a mushroom waterfall fountain play area.   Enjoy the beach and ocean views while relaxing in the comfortable, adjustable lounger chairs on the pool deck. 

The snack bar on the pool deck serves drinks and snacks and sells other vacation supplies.

There will be no need to haul chairs and umbrellas down to the beach multiple times a day as this rental includes free beach service.  Beach service set up includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas from March 15 to October 30. Outdoor showers and rinsing stations make it easy to get the sand off after visiting the beach.

Sunrise Beach Resort has 2 outdoor gas grills.  Parking is conveniently located underneath the building. The large fitness center is located gulf front, affording you the same beautiful ocean view as the pool deck. There is also complimentary high-speed internet.
